Effective October 13, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Faceless Reels. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Service description

faceless-reels.pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with facelessreels.com.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Each request uses the credits shown before you submit it. The amount reflects the selected model, settings and other billable inputs. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise; tax may be added. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled through your account under Waffo subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Cryptocurrency payments are one-time and never renew. Purchased credits roll over and remain available while the account stays active. Credit grants, promotional credits and plan features may change prospectively.

When you choose Waffo at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection, applicable sales taxes and its own buyer refund review. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased credits.

Waffo Pancake or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) processes payments, depending on the method you choose at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the selected payment method. Credits are returned to your balance for requests that definitely did not start or provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked at checkout to agree that supply starts immediately and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it does.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Content safety policy and model disclosure

Effective October 15, 2026. Faceless Reels turns a written story brief into new illustrated scenes, stock synthetic narration, captions and an optional original instrumental background. It does not accept personal photos, source videos, recorded voices or face-swap instructions. Results are illustrated AI videos, not authentic recordings of events.

Scripts use DeepSeek V4 Flash. Illustrations use FLUX.1 Schnell, narration uses MiniMax Speech-02-HD stock voices, and caption timing uses Whisper. We assemble those results into your MP4. We do not own these models or claim affiliation with their developers. The choice of a model does not grant rights to third-party characters, brands, stories or likenesses.

Your rights and responsibilities

Only submit text you have permission to use. Before submitting a new reel, you must confirm that you have the necessary rights, will not impersonate anyone, and will follow this policy. We record that declaration's version and time. A declaration does not establish ownership or verify consent. Review each result for factual errors and unwanted content before sharing, and identify it as AI-generated. Never present invented scenes or stock narration as genuine footage, testimony or endorsement.

Prohibited content and uses

Pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery.
Graphic violence, gore, torture, animal cruelty, threats or encouragement of real-world violence.
Hate, dehumanization or incitement against protected groups.
Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors or any child exploitation, including synthetic material.
Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, fabricated statements or actions of real people, unauthorized likenesses, harassment or fraud.
Copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights violations, including unauthorized characters, stories, logos or music.
Instructions for illegal harm, terrorism or trafficking, or attempts to bypass safeguards.

How screening works

We screen your story brief before reserving a credit using a local child-safety rule and Waffo's automated text screening. A blocked or unavailable screening result stops the request without charging a credit. After the script is generated, its narration and illustration prompts are screened before illustration, speech or caption processing continues. Saved approvals apply only to the same text; changed text must be screened again.

The image provider's safety checker is enabled. Before an MP4 is released, every decoded video frame is checked for explicit nudity and the result is recorded. A screening failure or an unavailable screening record prevents delivery. A content-policy rejection returns the reserved credit; temporary technical failures pause processing, and unresolved jobs are held for support review without a second charge.

Text screening and nudity detection have limits: they do not establish ownership or consent, verify factual accuracy, or detect every instance of violence, hate, impersonation or other prohibited content. We do not claim that every result is manually reviewed. Generation records and redacted screening decisions support investigation of reports.

Reporting, enforcement and appeals

Use Report content without an account, or email [email protected]. Include the reel or request reference, a link if available, your concern and a reply email. Do not send illegal or graphic material, passwords or payment details. The reporting form returns a receipt when your report is saved.

Authorized administrators investigate reports and available records, record their decisions, and may reject requests or suspend generation access for confirmed violations. A report alone does not prove a violation. Restricted accounts retain billing, subscription cancellation and appeal access. Use “Appeal a moderation decision” in the report form and include the relevant reference. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit purchased credits or cancel subscriptions.

We prioritize suspected child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and imminent harm. When you supply a reply email, we provide an initial human response within 3 business days and explain the next steps if investigation takes longer.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment, including a chargeback or payment dispute filed for a valid purchase; the account and its remaining balance may be suspended while a dispute is open. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact
